1. How do I book a unit?
We offer contactless, fully automated online bookings from our website. Simply go to our customer booking portal to view our wide range of unit types and sizes and see real-time availability. If you prefer, you can also call us at 697 539 901 and book a personalized visit.
2. Can I pay my bill online?
You sure can! You can view and pay your invoices online in your account under 'Invoices' and also you will receive them every month by email
3. Can I access my unit on my own?
Always! At Fiero we have remote access control that automatically generates unique codes for our users to enter our facilities. To access your storage room for the first time you will find a single-use padlock that you will open with a personalized code. Once inside, you will find our high security padlock with 3 copies of keys for you. This way, you will have access to your belongings 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
4. What happens if I lose my access code?
If this happens, don't worry, you will be able to enter by calling by phone from the entrance door.
5. I booked a unit. How do I know where it is?
You can book your unit or renew it as long as you wish without any minimum permanence. The only duration you are committed to when you book with Fiero is to pay the first month and to give 15 days notice of withdrawal. That is all.
6. Do I have to sign up for long contract periods, do I have a commitment of permanence?
You can sign up for exactly as long in advance as you choose! The only length you commit to when reserving a unit with Store Co. is to pay for the first full month. That's it.
7. How do I know what unit size to select?
We have useful descriptions under each type of unit that can help you make the best size decision. However, if this does not solve your doubts, you can contact us and we will help you choose the one that best suits your needs.
**8. Are the facilities really safe?
We have 24-hour surveillance and burglar alarm, all users can access from their phone to the cameras that point to their unit, and the facilities are properly illuminated. In addition, we have a personalized access code system and high security padlocks that are included in the price.
9. How does the insurance coverage work?
In Fiero we always include the essential insurance that covers up to 2.000€ in value, but if you consider you need a higher coverage, we have two more options up to 20.000€ of coverage that will be paid additionally each month together with the payment of the unit.
10. Is it difficult to access my unit for the first time?
At Fiero we have studied of all details. Once you have booked your unit, we will send you by email the access information. In addition, our customer service team is always ready to help.
11. Are there any forbidden objects that I cannot store with Fiero?
For everyone's safety, it is forbidden to store dangerous products such as fuels, flammable, toxic or unhealthy products.
